However, while she was there she found a unique need for digital behaviroal health services for pediatric patients and founded her company, Hopscotch. Nancy Schlichting is the former CEO of Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan. In addition to that role, Nancy has chaired the Commission on Care, appointed by President Barack Obama, to research ways to improve the Department of Veterans Affairs, and serves on multiple boards, including Walgreens Boots Alliance and Duke University Health System. Nancy has also authored a book entitled "Unconventional Leadership."

Dr. Jared Tadje is an orthopedic surgeon from Idaho and the head of Tadje Orthopedics. Dr. Tadje received his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University and his medical degree at the University of Virginia where he published several pieces of research on sports injuries on shoulders and knees. Dr. Tadje completed his residence at the University of Michigan. Dr. Tadje has travelled around the world, including to Nepal, to perform surgeries in underserved areas.
Now, Dr. Tadje speaks to Health Conscious about the challenges of running small private practices, and the ways he navigates being both a provider and an administrator.
